What's included in the booking fee

Booking Fee Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including event cancellations. The booking fee covers the cost of processing your order, generating your tickets, and providing the platform service. When a refund is issued, the ticket price is refunded but the booking fee is retained.
When Do Promoters Get Paid?
Payouts are processed within 48 hours of your event ending, on the next banking day. This applies to both Stripe and BACS payouts.
- Stripe Connect: Funds are transferred to your connected Stripe account within 48 hours of the event ending.
- BACS: Bank transfers are initiated within the same timeframe.
