How can we help?
Find answers to the most common questions below.
My Tickets
Everything about finding, downloading, and using your tickets.
Your tickets are sent as PDF attachments to the email address you used at checkout. They're also available on your order page — check the confirmation email for a direct link.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from tickets@glasgowtickets.com. If you still can't find it, try searching your inbox for your order number (e.g. "GT-...").
If you have an account, you can also view all your tickets at My Orders.
Open the confirmation email and tap the PDF attachment, or click "View Order" to go to your order page where each ticket has a "Download PDF" link.
We recommend saving the PDF to your phone or printing it before the event, just in case you don't have signal at the venue.
Yes! When this feature is available for an event, you'll see "Apple Wallet" and "Google Wallet" buttons next to each ticket on your order page. Simply tap the button and follow the prompts to add it to your phone's wallet.
Your ticket will then show up automatically when you arrive at the venue, with the QR code ready to scan.
Show the QR code on your ticket. This can be on:
- The PDF ticket (on your phone screen or printed)
- Your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass
The venue staff will scan it at entry. Each ticket can only be scanned once.
This means someone has already scanned your QR code. If you didn't attend the event, your ticket may have been shared or forwarded unintentionally.
Contact the event promoter directly — their details are usually on the event listing page. They can check the scan records and may be able to help.
In most cases, you can simply forward the ticket PDF to the other person. They'll need to show the QR code at the door.
Some events may require ID matching the ticket holder name. Check the event page for any specific entry requirements.
Orders & Payments
Questions about your order, payments, and booking fees.
Confirmation emails can take a few minutes to arrive, especially when tickets are being generated. Please allow up to 10 minutes.
Still nothing?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search for "Glasgow Tickets" or your order number
- Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout
If you created an account, sign in and check My Orders — your order will appear there even without the email.
Occasionally, your payment is confirmed by your bank before our system finishes processing. This usually resolves within a few minutes.
If your order still shows "pending" after 15 minutes, please contact us at hello@glasgowtickets.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
The booking fee covers payment processing and the running of the platform. It's shown clearly during checkout before you pay.
Some promoters choose to absorb the booking fee themselves, meaning you won't always see one. When it does apply, it's kept as low as possible.
Please note: Booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover costs already incurred at the time of purchase.
If you entered a discount code at checkout, it will be reflected in the total amount charged. Check your confirmation email — the discount is shown as a separate line in the order breakdown.
If the total charged matches the discounted price but the code isn't visually listed, don't worry — the discount was applied. The amount charged to your card is the final price after all discounts.
Most events let you buy tickets as a guest — just enter your name and email at checkout. Your tickets and order link will be emailed to you.
Some promoters may require an account. If so, you'll be prompted to sign in or register during checkout. Creating an account also lets you see all your orders in one place.
Refunds & Cancellations
Information about refunds, event changes, and cancellations.
Refund policies are set by each event promoter, not by Glasgow Tickets. The promoter's refund policy is shown on the event page and applies to all ticket purchases for that event.
To request a refund, contact the event promoter directly. Their details can be found on the event listing page.
Important: Booking fees are non-refundable, as they cover payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.
If an event is cancelled by the promoter, you are entitled to a full refund. The promoter should contact all ticket holders with refund details.
If you haven't heard from the promoter within 7 days of the cancellation, contact us at hello@glasgowtickets.com and we'll follow up on your behalf.
If the event has been rescheduled or moved, your ticket is usually still valid for the new date/venue. The promoter should email you with the updated details.
If you can no longer attend due to the change, contact the promoter to discuss a refund. Many promoters offer refunds when there are significant changes to the event.
Booking fees are non-refundable. They cover payment processing and platform costs that are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered, even if your ticket is refunded.
If you receive a refund from the event promoter, the booking fee portion will not be included in the refund amount.
Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 5–10 working days to appear back on your bank statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
You'll receive an email when the refund has been processed on our end.
Please note that booking fees are not included in refunds.
Account & Login
Managing your account, password, and personal details.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
The link expires after 60 minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
Orders only appear under My Orders if you were logged in when you purchased the tickets. If you bought as a guest, your tickets are accessible via the link in your confirmation email.
Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used at checkout.
Once logged in, go to your profile settings to update your email address. You'll need to verify your new email before the change takes effect.
Changing your email won't affect existing order confirmations — those were sent to your previous email address.
You can delete your account from your profile settings. This will remove your personal data but won't affect completed orders or issued tickets.
If you have any upcoming events, we recommend downloading your tickets first.
Events & Venues
Questions about events listed on Glasgow Tickets.
All events on Glasgow Tickets are listed by verified promoters. We vet every promoter account before they can sell tickets on the platform.
If something doesn't look right about an event, let us know at hello@glasgowtickets.com.
That's down to the event promoter. Some promoters release tickets in batches, so it's worth checking back. We don't operate a waiting list at this time.
Age restrictions and entry requirements are shown on each event's listing page, usually near the ticket selection area. If you're unsure, contact the promoter before purchasing.
